Today, we finally learned the case's outcome and if we were right. Newsflash, we were half right. It was just a suicide, no assistance at all. The husband didn’t know about it, nor have anything to do with it. The suicide book on the table The Final Exit was flipped to the chapter where she read exactly how to kill herself, every single detail of the crime scene body was in that chapter. We thought that the husband helped her because the sleep pill bottle was closed. We were wrong. We even looked for more clues about the crime scene to show if the husband helped her. We were caught up on the pillow under her head and the fact that he may have assisted her and put it under her head. We focused on everything but the way the body was on the floor. She ended up sitting up on the side of the bed but slopped over when she died, so she was lying on the floor. We should have paid more attention to obvious details instead of looking for such uncertainties. Work smarter, not harder. This week was fun. Actually, I liked it more than Trauma Week because even though it is less of a show with fewer medical professionals, it's more fun in my opinion with all the forensics and mysteries, especially coming from a person who binge-watches True Crime shows.
